When we receive your paid order, you will be assigned to a product specialist.
Your product specialist will contact you, via your preferred method of contact, within 2 Business Days after receiving the order to address any special request and go over your form submissions. If via email, please check your spam / junk folders if you do not see a response in your inbox. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will contact you via the phone.
You will receive an electronic proof within 3 Business Days after your Product Specialist communication.
We require you to acknowledge your electronic proof and approval, before we print the final product. If at this time you have any edits / changes that need to be made please contact the office or your Product Specialist.
Once we receive your approval confirmation. We will print and get it into the mail within 2 Business days.
Upon mailing you will get a “Thank You & Survey” email. You will also be provided with the tracking number of your package. All packages are shipped via USPS 2 / 3 Day Priority Mail.
From start to finish our approximate processing time is 7 to 10 Business Days.
